Norway: All-clear in central Oslo April 3 after Parliament building receives bomb threats /update 1

Authorities have given the all-clear after investigating two bomb threats at the Norwegian Parliament in Oslo on April 3. As a result of the threats, law enforcement officers briefly locked down the building and taped off surrounding areas.

Lingering disruptions are possible as law enforcement officers depart the area.
