Bernedette Cestone
Senior Director, Business Integration
Bernedette serves as the Senior Director of Business Integration at Crisis24. She maintains operations and drives updates and customizations for our multinational clients’ Travel Risk Management solutions. She oversees the integration and management of all data, ensuring data integrity and availability. Bernedette joined Crisis24 as a manager in 2009, leading the implementation and data help desk team focused on integrating and troubleshooting travel data. Bernedette has 25 years of travel industry experience and formerly served as Director of the Pricing Strategy and Data Decision Support for Amtrak and Pricing Manager for US Airways.
