Scott Hartley
Associate Director
A risk management professional with 20 years’ experience both with the emergency services and in a corporate security consulting role. Has supported clients across all industry sectors with the delivery of complex consultancy projects in more than 40 countries.
Scott joined NYA International in 2013 after a 10 year career with the emergency services in the UK. He has a risk intelligence background and previously served as the head of NYA’s Global Security Operations Centre accountable for all strategic risk analysis output and 24/7 support to NYA’s crisis response services.
Since GardaWorld acquired NYA in 2018, Scott has been responsible for the strategic development and growth of Crisis24’s Crisis & Security Consulting division in the Middle East and Africa. Based in the UAE, he oversees the delivery of a range of security risk management, crisis management, and risk analysis consulting services throughout the region.
