Reports of blast in Khair Khana area of Kabul’s Police District 11 (PD11) on November 28; further attacks possible in near term

A magnetically-attached improvised explosive device (MIED) blast wounded at least four people in the Khair Khana area of Kabul's Police District (PD11) on Saturday morning, November 28. The explosion targeted an Afghan security forces vehicle. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the blast. 

Localized disruptions resulting from resulting security operations are likely in the area in the near term, along with a heightened security presence.
