Colombia: Protests called in Bogota and nationwide December 13 /update 17

The National Strike Committee Unions have called for fresh protests in Bogotá and on the national level on Friday, December 13. In Bogota, protesters will gather at 15:00 (local time) at Plaza de Bolivar. The committee also called for Colombians to protest across other urban centers at the same time.

Context
