Event

Reports indicate that a complex attack by militants has occurred in Ghazni's Police District 3 (PD3) on Sunday, November 29. The attack targeted an Afghan National Security Forces (ANSDF) compound in the city. An initial explosion was reportedly caused by a vehicle-borne improvised device (VBIED). Following the blast the militants engaged security forces with small arms fire and rocket-propelled grenades. Initial reports indicate that at least five security forces members have been killed in the attack and several others injured. No group has claimed immediate responsibility for the attack.
