Union calls off strike on District Tube line while maintaining strike on Jubilee line June 6 and 14; transportation disruptions expected

On Tuesday, June 5, unions representing workers employed by Transport for London (TfL) called off a strike scheduled to affect the London Tube's District line on Wednesday, June 6, and Thursday, June 14. Nevertheless, a similar strike affecting the Jubilee line has been maintained on the same dates. Extra bus services will be deployed for the duration of the strikes. All other Transport for London services will be running as normal but services on the other lines may be busier than usual.
