Philippines: Foreign national shot dead in Cebu island on August 26

Event

On August 26, a South Korean national was shot in a pistol attack on Cebu island. The victim received eight gun shots while staying in his motel. Local police are investigating the case. In July, a South Korean tourist was attacked and wounded by an assailant while getting into a taxi in Manila. In May, another South Korean national living in Manila was gunned down.
