France: Residual disruption following bomb threat at Dunkirk hospital Nov. 7

The vicinity of the Dunkirk hospital was cordoned off on the morning of Wednesday, November 7, after a woman threatened to set-off a bomb. The individual was subsequently taken into custody by local police forces. Part of the hospital was evacuated. Congestion and transportation disruptions are expected to continue in the area in the coming hours.
