In the capital Manila, protesters can be expected to gather at Liwasang Bonifacio square. A heightened security presence and localized transportation disruptions are expected near all demonstration sites.

Rallies are protests are traditionally held on November 30. Precedents indicate the potential for clashes between protesters of rival parties and/or with the security forces. In 2017, several thousand people gathered in Manila, where localized clashes broke out.
