Japan: Disruptions at New Chitose airport due to snow Dec. 7

Flight delays and cancelations are ongoing at New Chitose International Airport (CTS) as of Friday, December 7, after the airport's runways were blocked by heavy snow fall. Once the snow has been cleared, residual disruptions can be expected to persist throughout the day.
