Kenyan airport workers call off planned strike at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) February 6; flight disruptions possible

Kenya Aviation Workers Union (KAWU) at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi called off a strike initially scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 6, to allow for negotiations over a proposed change in management of the airport. As such, normal operations are expected thoughout the day. Further strike are however possible, should the negotiations fail.
