France: 5.0-magnitude earthquake recorded near Bordeaux March 20

A 5.0-magnitude earthquake was recorded in southwestern France on Wednesday, March 20. The earthquake struck around 10:56 (local time) between Bordeaux and Angoulême (Gironde and Charente departments). No casualties were reported from the earthquake. Further aftershocks are possible in the coming hours and days.
