Explosion reported in the PD8 area of Kabul on April 25; details still emerging

An explosion was reported in the PD8 area of Kabul around 10:15 (local time) on Thursday, April 25. According to local media sources, the blast occurred near the Jahan Institute of Higher Education building. National Security Forces (ANDSF) personnel are currently at the scene.
