Unite union members and workers at Glasgow Airport (GLA) in Scotland announced further plans to strike on Monday, June 24, and Wednesday, June 26. Previous strikes on June 14 and 21 resulted in flight disruptions and crowded conditions at security checkpoints. Workers at Aberdeen International Airport (ABZ) also announced their intention to strike on Thursday, June 27, and Friday, June 28. The exact times of the strikes have not been announced as of Friday, June 14. However, previous strikes at both airports were held from 04:00 to 16:00 (local time). Flight delays and cancelations, as well as disruptions to airport operations, are possible during the strikes.
