EVA Air flight attendants’ union announce agreement, plan to end strike on July 10; flight cancelations planned through July 19

EVA Air management and the Taoyuan Flight Attendants Union (TFAU) announced an agreement on Saturday, July 6, to end the ongoing flight attendant strike. The strike is scheduled to end on Wednesday, July 10, at 00:00 (local time). A total of 2250 flight cancelations have been planned through Friday, July 19, and residual flight disruption are possible in the coming weeks.
