EVA Airways cancels an additional 550 flights through mid-July after negotiations with striking flight attendants fail on July 2; further flight disruptions possible

Context
Flight attendants launched an indefinite strike on June 20, disrupting over 2000 flights and impacting around 405,000 passengers as of July 2. EVA Air is the second largest Taiwanese carrier with 79 aircraft serving 64 destinations globally.
