American Airlines suspends Oakland-Dallas/Fort Worth route due to 737 Max grounding; confirm itineraries

American Airlines has suspended its Oakland-Dallas/Fort Worth route due to the ongoing Boeing 737 Max grounding from Saturday, July 6, through Wednesday, September 4. The cancelation affects a total of 115 daily flights.

The airline advises that passengers traveling between the two cities can connect in Phoenix or take a direct flight to Dallas/Fort Worth from nearby San Francisco or San Jose, California.
