An explosion in Kabul left nine casualties on September 12; avoid the area

A vehicle improvised explosive device (VBIED) attack was reported on Thursday, September 12, producing an explosion at an Afghan National Security Forces camp in Kabul's Darulaman area. Nine casualties were reported, four of which are Afghan security forces. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Sources indicate that secondary devices following an initial explosion have become common in Afghanistan.
