Japan: Enthronement ceremony in Tokyo postponed to November 10 /update 1

The official parade is expected to travel from the Imperial Palace (Chiyoda) to the Akasaka Palace (Minato Ward). Traffic disruptions and road closures are to be expected as a large number of foreign dignitaries are expected to visit the capital.
