At least ten civilians were killed in Ariha (Idlib province) overnight between Wednesday, January 29, and Thursday, January 30, due to an airstrike carried out by Russian forces. The strikes come as Syrian and pro-regime forces carry out an offensive to take back control of the last remaining rebel-held territory in the country.
Operations by rebel and pro-government forces are expected to continue in Idlib province over the near term.
