Tunisia: Demonstrators to gather in Tunis August 5

Demonstrators are scheduled to gather outside the Ministry of Education in Tunis on Wednesday morning, August 5. Reportedly, participants will gather from 09:00 (local time) to call for a review of entry requirements for educational institutions as a result of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) affecting school attendance.

A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are anticipated in the vicinity of the protest.
