Indonesia: Landslide kills miners in South Sumatra province on October 21

Indonesian authorities report that 11 miners were killed in a landslide at a coal mine in South Sumatra province on Wednesday, October 21. The incident occurred in Tanjung Lalang village in Muara Enim regency. The landslide was caused by heavy rainfall in recent days amid the annual rainy season. All of the bodies have been recovered from the mine.
