Philippine security forces arrested suspected Indonesian militant Rezky Fantasya Rullie on the island of Jolo in Sulu province on Saturday, October 10. Reports indicate that army and police personnel carried out a raid on the building he was staying in, arresting him and two women believed to be wives of Abu Sayyaf militants. Security forces also reportedly uncovered improvised explosive device (IED) equipment, including an explosive vest and other components.
