Social media reports allege Syrian government forces are continuing to shell rebel-held positions in southern Idlib Governorate Dec. 15. Reports suggest much of the shelling is centered around the town of Ariah. Casualties are currently unconfirmed.
Retaliatory artillery from rebel forces against government-held areas in Idlib Governorate are almost certain to occur in the coming days.
