Gunmen attacked a vehicle carrying multiple government employees in the Bagh-e-Daud area of Police District (PD) 5, Kabul, the morning of Feb. 9. At least four Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) workers were killed in the incident. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the incident.
