Water service provider Maynilad Water Services announced that water outages are occurring in parts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, through 2100 Feb. 24. Affected barangays include Bagong Silangan, Batasan Hills, Commonwealth, Holy Spirit, and Payatas. The agency attributed the disruptions to a power outage at one of its facilities.
