A planned power outage will occur in parts of Macabebe, Minalin, San Simon, and Santo Tomas municipalities in southern Pampanga Province 0600-1800 March 6. The electricity agency Pampanga III Electric Cooperative attributed the disruptions to maintenance activities.

Commercial and transport disruptions are possible during the outages. Businesses without backup generators may have to suspend operations. Traffic lights may not function, resulting in traffic disruptions. The power outage may also prompt brief municipal water outages and interruptions to electronic water filtration systems. Lingering disruptions are possible after the power supply resumes.

The impact area is around 19 km (12 miles) southeast of Clark Freeport Zone.
