Border Force staff at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) affiliated with the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) have suspended a work-to-rule action from March 31 following talks with management. The workers have also called off a planned April 1-7 strike at the facility.
Longer wait times are possible at immigration March 31 while services normalize. PCS officials have warned that further industrial action is possible should ongoing negotiations with employers break down.
