Officials in Idaho maintain unchanged certain COVID-19 restrictions as of April 9 as compared to those in place in March.

Warning

Event

As of April 9, the COVID-19-related restrictions in force in Idaho remain largely unchanged compared to those in place in March. The state remains at Stage 3 of the Idaho Rebounds Plan. Guidelines for Stage 3 call for gatherings to be limited to a maximum of 50 people, except for political or religious purposes, educational activities, or COVID-19 testing or vaccination events. Large events may host more than 50 people if the organizers provide their local authorities with a safety plan.

Additionally, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs should continue to operate only for seated customers, and all operating businesses should continue to follow social distancing and sanitation measures. Individuals are strongly advised to use facemasks outside their households. For more details on Idaho's recovery plan, click here.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
