Activists are staging a demonstration at the intersection of Girard Avenue South and West Lake Street in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, Minnesota, during the evening of June 14. The purpose of the action is to protest an incident that had occurred the previous day in the area when a vehicle sped up and rammed into several demonstrators, killing one and injuring three others.
