International Travel
Travelers from all destinations must complete the digital Embarkation-Disembarkation Card (ED Card) and purchase health insurance before travel. All travelers aged 12 and older must show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken between 72 and four hours prior to departure for the island. Individuals arriving without a negative test result will be tested at the airport at their own expense and must then quarantine for up to 24 hours in their accommodations while awaiting the result. Travelers from Venezuela are banned from entering Aruba.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on local disease activity.
