Bosnian diaspora activists plan to demonstrate in major cities in various countries Jan. 10 to denounce the political crisis currently affecting Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dozens to several hundred people may participate in each demonstration. The following rallies have been confirmed:
London, UK: Parliament Square, 11:00
Malmo, Sweden: Gustav Adolf Square, 11:00
Rome, Italy: Piazza dei Santi Apostoli, 11:00
Stockholm, Sweden: Coin Square (Mynttorget), 11:00
Heightened security measures and localized transport disruptions are likely around the rally sites Jan. 10. Violence is not likely.
