Unemployed health workers are protesting in Lusaka Feb. 21. The demonstration is to demand job opportunities. Protesters are protesting near the Ridgeway campus of the University of Zambia (UNZA) and are reportedly attempting to march towards State House.

Police will almost certainly monitor the gathering throughout the day. Ground travel disruptions are likely on routes towards and near State House. Clashes between protesters and the police are possible if demonstrators ignore police orders to disperse.
