The Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) and other groups representing the Patidar community will protest in Ahmedabad, the evening of June 13. Organizers have called for a demonstration outside Gate 1 of the Narendra Modi Stadium to demand the reinstation of the venue's name to Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium. Dozens of people may join the event, despite the police detaining several Patidar leaders in the lead-up to the rally and a related June 12 protest as a precaution.
