Officials in Trinidad and Tobago have eased the country's COVID-19-related restrictions as of June 29.
Event
As of June 29, authorities in Trinidad in Tobago have eased the country's COVD-19-related travel restrictions, while keeping their minimal domestic restrictions unchanged. Under the current directives, travelers entering from abroad are only required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within two days prior to their departure.
Domestic Measures
Individuals over the age of seven must continue to wear facemasks in public spaces. Other restrictions have been lifted.
International Travel Restrictions
All incoming travelers, regardless of vaccination status, must have proof of a negative result from a PCR or a lab-approved antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before arrival in Trinidad and Tobago. Individuals without test results will be placed in quarantine until they test negative for COVID-19 and submit the relevant result to authorities.
A requirement to complete the TT Pass before traveling to Trinidad and Tobago has been lifted.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity.
