A magnitude-5.4 offshore earthquake occurred in the South Pacific Ocean near Vanuatu at around 06:09 VUT June 21. The epicenter was about 104 km (64 miles) west-northwest of Port-Vila, Vanuatu. The tremor occurred at a depth of about 10 km (6 miles), and light shaking was probably felt in parts of Vanuatu.
