Ecuador: Teachers to hold protest in Quito, July 13

Teachers affiliated with the National Union of Educators (Union Nacional de Educadores, UNE) plan to rally in Quito, July 13, to demand the national government increase their salaries. Activists intend to gather outside the Bank Superintendence (Superintendencia de Bancos), located along Avenida 12 de Octubre, starting at 14:00.
