Liberation Day events will occur across Guam, especially in Hagatna, July 21-22. Officials have declared both days a public holiday, and many nonessential businesses and government offices will close. In Hagatna, a parade will take place on Marine Corps Drive from Adelup Park to Paseo de Susana Park, beginning at 11:00 July 21. A drone light show and fireworks display will commence at Paseo de Susana Park during the evening. On July 22, the government will host celebratory events at Joseph F Flores Beach Park. Additional events are possible.

Increased security is likely around official commemorative events and the parade route. Road closures are likely along Marine Corps Drive and surrounding areas. Localized traffic disruptions will probably occur. Increased demand for public transport is possible as people travel to the parade and other celebratory events.
