Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will host Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida in Perth, Western Australia, Oct. 21-22 for an official visit. Authorities have not publicized many details of the two-day visit. Kishida will land in Perth Oct. 21. However, Albanese and Kishida will reportedly meet Oct. 22 at Kings Park before the two leaders visit additional locations in the city. Kishida will depart Perth the evening of Oct. 22.

Increased security is highly likely near Kings Park and other sites hosting official events. Tight security is also possible at Perth Airport (PER) as Kishida arrives and departs the country, though flight disruptions are unlikely.
