Reports indicate that a car bomb exploded near the first Thai-Myanmar Friendship Bridge, and another exploded in a nearby market. There are no reports of casualties. Unconfirmed reports suggest that a building in Myawaddy sustained some damages. Thai authorities reportedly increased security along the border.
