Members of the Australian Nursing Federation will commence a series of rolling work stoppages at individual public hospitals in Western Australia Nov. 16-30 to demand better wages and working conditions. The walkouts will take place daily between the hours of 07:00-21:00. Unless averted, the labor action will likely impact healthcare services at affected public hospitals and clinics. Work stoppages are planned at the following specific hospitals on the dates indicated:

  • Nov. 16: Fiona Stanley Hospital

  • Nov. 17: Rockingham General Hospital

  • Nov. 18: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital

  • Nov. 21: Bunbury Regional Hospital

  • Nov. 22: King Edward Memorial Hospital

  • Nov. 23: Osborne Park Hospital

  • Nov. 24: Royal Perth Hospital
