China will hold a memorial service for former President Jiang Zemin in Beijing Dec. 6. Current and retired Chinese leaders are expected to attend the service from 10:00 at the Great Hall of the People. Road closures are in effect in the western areas of Beijing, including Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery, from Dec. 5 to facilitate the movement of designated vehicles and personnel. The traffic controls will remain in place until after the memorial.
