As of the evening of Aug. 29, police are in the process of wrapping up their investigation into a shooting incident that took place outside the Investigative Office of the Courthouse in Caguas, Puerto Rico, earlier in the day. Two persons were killed in the incident and the suspect was apprehended immediately thereafter. Investigators believe the attack to have been the result of a personal dispute between the perpetrator and the victims.

Lingering traffic disruptions are likely in the area until authorities fully conclude their investigation and vacate the scene.
