Activists affiliated with the Levizija Bashke political organization plan to protest at the Albanian Parliament building in Tirana from 10:00 Sept. 21 to call for state adoption of a minimum living wage. It is unclear how many participants may attend.

Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the parliament building. Although unlikely, low-level confrontations between demonstrators and law enforcement officers cannot be ruled out.
