Emergency crews are responding to a structure fire in the Kirkdale neighborhood of Liverpool as of the evening of Sept. 7; the blaze broke out at a warehouse on Birchall Street. There have as yet been no reports of casualties. Authorities are advising the public to avoid the area and for local residents to keep their doors and windows closed due to the possibility of heavy smoke.

Localized disruptions and the presence of emergency responders may linger after the fire is extinguished.
