Unionized autoworkers have ended a strike affecting several assembly plants in Ontario, Canada, as of Oct. 11.

Unionized autoworkers, affiliated with the Unifor union, have reached a tentative agreement to end a strike at several General Motors (GM) assembly plants in Ontario as of Oct. 11. Workers must still vote to finally accept the deal. The work stoppage briefly affected the GM Oshawa Assembly and CCA Stamped products plants in Oshawa, the Powertrain plant in St. Catharines, and the Parts Distribution Centre in Woodstock.
