Afghanistan: Explosions, gunfire reported in Mazar-e-Sharif as of early Nov. 10

Preliminary reports indicate several explosions and some incidents of gun-firing have purportedly occurred in Mazar-e-Sharif as of early Nov. 10. The nature of the developments and the number of casualties remained immediately unclear. Officials are likely to provide updates over the coming hours.
