Police have reportedly deployed to the scene of the collision and arrested the vehicle's driver. Officials said that the extent of the injuries sustained by those whom the vehicle struck was "unknown" as of around 13:00 but later confirmed that at least two of them were transported to medical facilities. Authorities did not immediately provide additional information regarding the incident.

The emergency response will probably cause traffic disruptions around the incident site over the coming hours.
