Activists groups plan to protest at Zahir Pajaziti Square in Pristina from 12:00 Nov. 3. The purpose of the action is to denounce alleged prosecutorial negligence in the investigation into the 2016 death of Vetvendosje Party activist Astrit Dehari; Dehari died while in custody of the police. It is unclear how many demonstrators may attend.
Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the demonstration site. Low-level confrontations between protestors and law enforcement officers cannot be ruled out.
